Honestly this product improved my mood and energy for my entire long runs! Never felt so stable during a run and I didnāt overheat at all towards the end. Was short 0.15 miles at the end and normally Iād just call it there but I ended up going for another 0.20 miles.

Great product! Iāve been using switchback for marathon training and have been loving it. It doesnāt have an overly salty flavor but contains more electrolytes than another brand I was using and even after using up the whole tub, I donāt have flavor fatigue. Highly recommend!
Have tried all the flavors, but mixed berry is our favorite right now. Shipping was messed up twice and took 3 weeks to arrive, so that was frustrating. Switchback just apologized but did not offer to compensate or offer anything additional for messing up.
Mango flavor is best.

I purchased switchback electrolytes for my wife who is a runner. She absolutely loves the flavor, says they are easy on the stomach, and notices the boost in recovery after drinking them. I have begun starting my day with these and have noticed huge improvements in the way I feel and overall daily performance. I highly recommend this product and am looking forward to trying other flavors.

Double scoops in each flask for a 20 mile helped me take 4th place 3k elevation climbing. This stuff is no joke. Legit race fuel.
The orange flavor is by far the best orange I have had in any supplement. Itās super smooth with no bite. I added a scoop to some vanilla protein powder and the orange creamsicle protein shake with electrolytes was born. So good!

Hands down the best electrolyte supplement Iāve ever had! Not the biggest fan of the salty taste. I personally didnāt get that with this one which I really enjoyed. I take it everyday before work (construction) and it keeps me feeling great all day!
So delicious and doesnāt leave that sugary aftertaste in your mouth like others. Time to order more!

I have been very impressed with switchback. Ive tried a lot of electrolyte drinks and this one seams to be the only one i recover faster from. Wether itās hot out or a long run, so far Iāve been impressed.
Couldnāt decide between the packets or the scoop. Went with the packets bc they were easy to pack and replenish my camelback on my runs. Love the taste and the increased sodium, magnesium, potassium in each packet! Definitely worth the money and I highly recommend this. Also, no sugar is awesome!!
